This six stories building houses the Engineers and Public Work Contractors pension funds services.The building, built in 1939, has a reinforced concrete framing system and is classified as preserved.The main rehabilitation measures were :

  • Removal of partition walls and reconstruction of mezzanine and staircase.
  • Construction of central shear walls along the perimeter of the ground floor.
  • Strengthening of interior columns (concrete jackets).
  • Full height steel shaft for the new elevator.
