Project features one of the buildings in the site of old mineral plant that today constitute the “Technological Park of Lavrion” in Attiki.It is a structure of the 19th century, with stone masonry and wood roof.The following interventions where made :

• Repairs in masonry and strengthening of the structure for horizontal forces capacity by constructing steel frames in weak direction of the walls.
• Reconstruction of floors and walls
• New steel stairs and elevator shafts.
