• Continuously identifying hazards and assessing the risks arising from them for personnel, facilities, external partners (suppliers, subcontractors, designers), and all parties affected by its activities, while simultaneously determining and implementing appropriate measures to eliminate, reduce, or control such risks.
• Full compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and other requirements that the Company has formally accepted.
• Ensuring continuous information and training of staff and executives on matters related to health and safety at work, as well as the active participation of Management in consultation processes with employees.
• Providing safe working conditions in all workplaces (offices and construction sites), with particular emphasis on the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases, and the implementation of all necessary protective and preparedness measures against emergency situations.
• Developing and maintaining effective communication and excellent cooperative relations with the local community and any competent authority, in order to properly address and manage any health and safety risks.
• Periodically reviewing the effectiveness of its operational methods in relation to occupational health and safety management, and accessing reliable information sources to remain continuously updated on new and improved practices.
